Hailey College of Banking and Finance has been established as the 5th Constituent College of the University of the Punjab, Lahore. Lt. Gen. (R) Khalid Maqbool, Honorable Governor Punjab and Chancellor of the University of the Punjab inaugurated the College on March 26, 2003.

Our Courses are market driven. Job openings exist in Financial, Banking, Industrial, Commercial and Export Sectors. We hope to produce efficient risk analysts, new breed of exporters and emerging chief executives for service at home and abroad.

The College also plans to start Certificate, Diploma and Short Terms Courses to cater the need of the Trade, Commerce and Industry. Efforts will be made to develop entrepreneurship in the students so that they cane undertake their own business work. Our first rate graduates will have openings to serve at home and abroad or continue their further education in any part of the world.
